A: You have the following ways to place an order:

  • Place online order by clicking on the “ ADD TO CART” or “Order Now” button.

Q: Who does the Artwork? Can you help with the artwork?

A:  Ideally you will have print ready artwork as per requirment of each product. However, if you need assistance, we have graphic designers available to provide you with expert advice and assistance in the preparation of your artwork. If required, our graphic designers can also create the artwork for you. All you need to do is provide us with the high-resolution images, logos, text etc. and our graphic designers will design and do the rest for you. Each design job will be quoted for on an individual basis.

Q: How do I send Artwork?

A: -You can send Artwork to if size is less than 10MB. - For large artwork, you can use free service of, or to upload file and send us the download link. (with clear reference of your order/invoice number) - You can also send your artwork on CD by express post - mail to: 4/ 71 Strezlecki Ave. Sunshine West 3020. Please make sure you label your CD with your company name and invoice number so we can track the artwork to your order.

Q: What format does the artwork have to be in?

A: - PDF or High resolution JPEG File
   - Files should be set up in CMYK or Pantone color mode
   - All the text must be outlined
   - Please setup in 1:1 scale with at lease 150dpi
   - If your job is colour critical, please provide a physical print sample with PMS colour codes.

Q: What is your delivery policy?

A: Postage is vary from product to product, so please refer to the product page for the exactly charge of delivery for each item.
Deilvery rates are based on estimate freight cost to metro area of major cities such as, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaida, Hobart, Canberra.For other locations postage are subject to alternation, all rates are GST exclusive. Customers should always confirm the freight charge with us if they unsure about this.
Orders do not require printing are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders require printing are generally dispatched within 2-5 days after artwork is approved and payment is confirmed. Orders with longer leading time are clearly stated in the product pages. Urgent order, please contact us for quote on additional charge and possiblity of whether your deadline be met.
Customers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on checkout page before payment. Any changes of address after checkout will not be considered as valid.
Bigbanner is not liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by customers.
Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item that is undeliverable and/or returned to Bigbanner due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: This happens infrequently, but sometimes minor damage can occur during transportation or a product may contain a manufacturer defect. If this occurs, contact us immediately.
  - Returns accepted within: 7 Days after receiving items;
  - Return must be agreed by both parties prior to the actual return.
  - Faulty or/and wrong items received by customer is eligible for return and refund. Product is damaged by customer will not be refunded.
  - Postage and Handling may not be refundable if full refund is required. Printed job is refundable if artwork proof happened.
When you receive your product and inspect for any damage. Check all components and parts immediately upon arrival of your delivery. On occasion products have been damaged during transport. Seller must be notified immediately. We request the photos of the damaged goods and packaging be provided (if at all possible).We are required to file a claim for shipping damage within seven (7) days, if we are not notified within this period all damage becomes the customers responsibility.

Q: Is pick-up accepted ?

A: Yes. Please contact us to set up an appointment for collect from our warehouses.

Q: Do I get warranty when i buy from you?

A: - Most of the products you purchase from bigbanner has 6monts to 3years warranty. You can refer to the product description for details. Warranty is on hareware/mechanism only, all printed materials are excluded from warranty and non-returnable. This includes smudges, scuffing, stains, weathering, fraying, tears & creases.
